Adopt A Farm · Partner Farm Map
Every farm.
Every adopter.
This map shows every farm currently in the Adopt A Farm program and every person who has stood with them. We're actively recruiting new San Diego County farms every season. Our goal is to see this map covered with partner farms from one end of the county to the other.
Already an adopter? Visit your farm's individual page to see your exact adoption location on the farm.
The Farms. The People. The Mission.
Every pin is a connection.
This map shows every farm currently participating in the Adopt A Farm program and every person who has made an adoption. Each pin represents a real connection between a San Diego County grower and the community member who decided to stand with them.
We're just getting started. Heal The Earth is actively recruiting new farms across San Diego County, and as each one joins, the map grows. Our mission is to cover this map: to show, visibly, that the people of this county value the farmers who feed them. Your adoption is part of that.

See the program grow.
Every farm in the program and every adoption is on this map. New farms are added as they join. Check back often as our partner network expands across the county. If you're already an adopter, head to your farm's page to see your specific location on the farm.
Where This is Going
A county covered
in partner farms.
Right now, this map has two farms and a growing number of pins. That's the foundation, and we're building fast. Heal The Earth is actively recruiting San Diego County farmers into the Adopt A Farm program every season. With every new farm that joins, the map expands and the mission gets stronger.
The goal is a map that covers the county: dozens of farms, thousands of adopters, and a community that has made its commitment to local agriculture visible. We're not there yet. Every adoption moves us closer.
Your Farm is Waiting
Don't just see it on
a map. Visit it.
Every Adopt A Farm adoption includes a standing invitation to visit the farm you support, all year long. Walk the fields, meet the farmer, and see what's in season. Your farm is a real place. You're welcome there.
You're an adopter, not a subscriber. That means you have a farm, not just a box. The door is open. Head to your farm's page to see exactly where your adoption lives on the property, then come see it in person.
