Every farm in the Adopt A Farmer program grows something different, harvests on its own schedule, and offers its own sponsorship levels with different box sizes, delivery frequencies, and seasonal windows.
What every farm shares: your sponsorship goes directly to the grower, shipping is always included, and you'll receive invitations to visit the farm throughout the season. Browse the farms below and find the one you want to support.

Every sponsorship level across every farm in the program comes with all four of the following. You're building a real connection to a farmer and to the land they work.

A personalized certificate documenting your sponsorship: your name, your farm, your season.

Periodic invitations throughout the season to visit the farm, meet the growing team, and see your sponsorship at work in person.

Heal The Earth is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. A portion of your sponsorship is tax-deductible and we'll send you the documentation to file with your return.

Wild Acres Farm
Wild Acres Farm is where the Adopt A Farmer program began. The physical home of Heal The Earth, it's a certified organic operation growing Hass, Reed, Gem, and Fuerte avocados in the hills of San Diego County's North Country interior. The 2026 harvest sold out completely.

Partner Farm · Dragon Fruit
Fortule Farms
Fortule Farms is a certified organic dragon fruit operation in Escondido, spanning 60+ acres with over 8,000 plants and more than 20 varieties. Their harvest runs July through December, which picks up right where Wild Acres' avocado season ends.
